I am not, Moro. I have been in Mindanao mainly at Jolo, Sulu for a period of five years for various reasons off the record.

To understand the situation is to live there and see with your own eyes and to hear with your own ears the true story about the conflict.

It's partially to understand WORLD HISTORY of various time frames and incidents that clearly defines what happened to the Moro people. Just like any people of any race and culture around the world, they too should gain independence.

arsad5254 - the solution is NOT the MILF, for they do not mandate all of Mindanao. MILF is comprised of subversive individuals whose prime motive is their self-interest and not of the Filipino people.

Yup, exactly the MILF is not the solution but what would been made by MILF will be the long last solution. It's a legal representative of the Moro people according to May 2005 Mass rally attended by more than 3 million Moro civilian and resulted to renew the mandate of MILF to find a just solution.

Arsad5254 - the rally on May 2005 didn't warrant that MOROns had mandate on Mindanao, it only showed how much the MILF has misled a lot of your people toward their own aspiration for personal gain.

The only way to resolve your problem is to:

first - accept and recognize the constitution of the Philippines.

second - you sustain this respect with your spiritual beliefs; modified to accomodate.

Until you come to terms with these, you will continue your path towards your own destruction!
