God co worked with us and with His wisdom and His power and our willing to cooperate with Him then that allowed us to be able to be inline with God and heading in His direction, resulting in us being able to have the power to repent, leading in us being clean from our dirt.

@malevolentmistake My beloved friend, tell me? Men are just dust, what can dust do for God? God doesn't need us for anything. He uses us because He wants, but He doenst need us to do what He intends to do.

Ofcourse God will clean you up if is His desire. Try to understand Grace and God's sovereignty. He can do whatever He wants, or don't you agree?
