Canon HG10 Test - Unused Shots

What were the setting on the camera when you shot these shots? Like what mode was it in, Cine or what? And what was the white balance set on? And what was the image correction?

Ive been reviewing cams for a couplo weeks now, watched bundles of different cam tests, came across the HG10, read some reviews, liked it, wtached this vid, paused it halfway through, bought the cam online, and carried on watching the vid!

Awsome test vid for the cam, really shows its quality. Nicely done, simple and sweet, some great shots.

I used Adobe premiere cs4...i exported Mpeg2 1440x1080 25frames High quality = this is the max resolution of this camera, its not FULL HD 1080p. But you beraly see that.

hi...this was all Automatic settings.

You export it easy...just plug The USB in computer and camcorder must be conected on adapter too...switch on play setting and copy movies from camcorder..then upload on youtube. Easy

Very nice. I have the same cam and I'm just amazed by the quality video we can get. You shot some pretty nice imgaes there. Thanks for sharing that with us. Tha bicycle shot was my favorite. I will use that for myself eventually with my kids. How did you do to move from the chrismats tree to the candle with the focaus? That I would like to know how to do.

Most of this is shot in 1080p(rogressive), right?

Cause I seem to find 1080i pretty useless... (Except if I should record sport events and have somewhere to place the camera)

Very nice footages. Obvisously a tripod works wonder with the HG10. That is why I love my HG10 and tripod, wide Angle Converter Len and a External Mic. Worth every penny.
