I didn't watch his vids cuz I didn't want him getting views, but then one day I sat down and watched a video of his and realized he was fucking awesome. Now I'm one of his biggest fans lol.

Later in life, about a year ago, those same kid who judged me are now some of my best friends.

this one guy i know hes one of those types that reflects anyone hes with. if hes with one of his douche bag friends and i show show up at his house, he'll start talking shit about me and vice versa. i judge him as a bad person.

There was this hunter. He had mounted heads, pictures of kills, old guns as trophies, the works. I talked to him for a good deal one day to set up something for the community that me and him happened to have to do since we're apart of the Homeowners association. Talking to him showed me he was one of the nicest guys I've met. He just likes to have fun. He even owns a large multitude of animals which was a surprise.

I am a fan of yours, been one for a while now, and yeah I have judged you before, and felt stupid and wrong for doing so. I watched a rant, and felt "Hey, this guy is alright, his rants are so thought out and heartfelt." keep up the awesome work.
There was a girl at work who used to give me grief about one thing or another, which gave me the impression that she was just a bitch. Then one day she changed her tune, so I decided to reciprocate, and over time we ended up being really good friends.
A year later she died in an accident.
It made me realise that if I had stuck with my original judgment of her we wouldn't have had the friendship before she passed away.

Sometimes I get it right, and like you said my record for being wrong pales in comparison to my record for being right. I'm a college student and when I first started a few years ago I was terribly shy to meet new people. As it turns out my shyness was a good thing because each person I would've said "hi" to turned out later in the semester to be on the professors bad side. So I think there's good and bad with all decisions and so far I'm sticking to my intuition because it hasn't led me astray.
I was young and in school there was the "popular" girl *eyeroll* She called us losers, acted self-centered, and made everyone think her life was perfect without ever really needing to say anything. I hated her and thought she was bad person. Turns out...I was wrong. She was self-centered because she was self-concious, her life seemed perfect to hide what was really going on, and didn't like me because of her irrational fear of goths...-_-, but still to this day we are really good friends.

this one guy i know hes one of those types that reflects anyone hes with. if hes with one of his douche bag friends and i show show up at his house, he'll start talking shit about me and vice versa. i judge him as a bad person.

i know ive judged people based on their appearence before but right now i can only remember one time. I was in a really pissy mood and i presumed that one of my online friends was in the popular crowd based on how they look. later on I felt bad and they gave me a mini lecture and i did apologize. I normally wouldnt judge someone based on appearence. i guess i just had to release some anger.

There was this hunter. He had mounted heads, pictures of kills, old guns as trophies, the works. I talked to him for a good deal one day to set up something for the community that me and him happened to have to do since we're apart of the Homeowners association. Talking to him showed me he was one of the nicest guys I've met. He just likes to have fun. He even owns a large multitude of animals which was a surprise.

well, i was hanging out with my friends and a girl came up to one of my friends. instantly, i knew "this chick isn't right".it wasn't her looks, it was the way she walked and talked...i can't really explain it. This girl turned out to be my friend's girl friend, and i told him "watch that girl man, she's gonna fuck you over" he told me that i'm full of shit and walked away. a few days later she tried to get with my friend's younger brother. the only thing i could say was "who was right?"

There was a girl at work who used to give me grief about one thing or another, which gave me the impression that she was just a bitch. Then one day she changed her tune, so I decided to reciprocate, and over time we ended up being really good friends.
A year later she died in an accident.
It made me realise that if I had stuck with my original judgment of her we wouldn't have had the friendship before she passed away.
Moral of the story - life's too short for judgment.

(Part 1 of 2) I must admit, I live in low income housing and when these new neighbors moved in after my old ones, who are also my close friends, bought a house. I thought these new people were loud ignorant welfare sucking people. Turns out that the single mom suffered from Cancer and lost everything to get treatment, then lost her job to chemo. Therefor she lost the house and all of her possessions and now lives in this dump we call townhouse units just to get by..

Don't worry, Seth; the people that don't attempt to get to know you, don't deserve to know you. However, I'm pretty sure everyone (at least once in a while) judges people by their cover. I'm guilty of it, yet I get upset when it happens to me. But you just keep your chin up and hope that the right people will try and figure you out.

Sometimes I get it right, and like you said my record for being wrong pales in comparison to my record for being right. I'm a college student and when I first started a few years ago I was terribly shy to meet new people. As it turns out my shyness was a good thing because each person I would've said "hi" to turned out later in the semester to be on the professors bad side. So I think there's good and bad with all decisions and so far I'm sticking to my intuition because it hasn't led me astray.

I was young and in school there was the "popular" girl *eyeroll* She called us losers, acted self-centered, and made everyone think her life was perfect without ever really needing to say anything. I hated her and thought she was bad person. Turns out...I was wrong. She was self-centered because she was self-concious, her life seemed perfect to hide what was really going on, and didn't like me because of her irrational fear of goths...-_-, but still to this day we are really good friends.

I thought my girlfriend was an airhead for 5 years, as I barely knew her..and she fitted the stereotype, blonde, laughed alot..yeah, it was bad of me..but she also thought I was a stuck up jerk..which I may be sometimes..but we'd both judged each other before we'd gotten to know each other, and now we're seriously happy together..crazy how it works out.
