Hey. I am a massive fan of final fantasy, if any of you fans out there want to discuss final fantasy and its music, just visit my blog. It's for those of you out there who truly appreciate the awesomeness of final fantasy.
@AntipaladinPedigri ...that's kinda the point. This song came before 7, and when I listen to One Winged Angel, I can't help but noticing some definite similarities.
@RedtheGhost LOL that one's hilarious... thank you for showing me the error of my ways. Usually youtube comments don't mean anything and treating them seriously just means you're a jackass with no life... but this is an exception! ^_^
It's strange, Kefka is on one hand such a "lovable" character because of all the mad and funny things he says, but then you find out his plan, and see what he causes, which makes you hate him. But you can't help laugh at the things he says anyways. It's this mixture of lovable and very hateable that make me believe Kefka is the best villain in a videogame ever.
AugustoMoura88@ You obviously have no fucking taste buddy , I don't give a flying fuck is this is overrated, it's well overrated for a fucking reason and that 's because it's a fucking masterpiece.
alright, one of my favorite nobuo uematsu pieces. very epic start of the battle with the organs playing. its a nice way to segue into the second and third tier battles....!!
This is pure proof that the SNES actually has better sound quality than some recent consoles. After the apperance of Shigesato Itoi's voice saying "OK desu ka" in EarthBound's naming screen, there asn't a voice so claer for ages!
The best part about this theme is that it is so elaborate. It pays such close attention to detail and take us through so many different themes. It is truly epic.
I love the final fantasy crisis core sore soundtrack as well some of the music from ff11&2 I also for some odd reason like the soundtrack from super mario 64
It's not that odd considering I used to hum it around the house. I really like the Chrono Trigger Brink of Time Soundtrack. I also really enjoyed Shining Force 1 and 2, Earthbound, Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, Persona 3 and 4, Dragon Quest IV, V, and VIII, and all the Ace Attorney games. The list goes on since there a lot good game music out there. Is the Crisis Core soundtrack that good? I've never played it before since I don't own a PSP.
haha well i love the crisis core track but maybe that's just me. I also loved the ff advent children soundtrack and the enchanted arms soundtrack...plus some stuff out of the oblivion soundtrack
lol the soundtrack is brilliant so to speak but i think it really fits the game as for enchanted arms it's fun but only if your really into tactics style rpgs
I'm a big fan of tactics style RPGs, so I might check it out. It is pretty cheap now , so I don't see why not. I'm already steeped in a mountain of RPGs already though haha.
yeah my copy was like 20 bucks :) I always go for bargain games cause I usually have no money haha and me too at the moment I'm playing oblivion but i decided to go through the shivering isles expansion first :P
Yeah, cheaper games can be really good if you know what to buy. I typically buy games if: A. I'm a huge fan of that particular series or B. You get your money's worth. I bought Persona 3: FES for $30 and it gave me 140 hours of game time. This one guy came up with this funny idea. He took the price paid for the game over the time taken to beat the game. He compared this to Mad World for the Wii, which took him 5 hours to beat and said "Wow, I just paid 10 bucks per hour of game play, fuck."
Haha, funny story, I got Morrowind for 50 cents from a friend. He bought it from a used book store, but didn't like it so I made and offer and he accepted. It has the dungeon creator and everything, but I can't run it on my computer. I haven't played it in ages, but the last time I played it I got stuck in the desert somewhere and kept dying. I suppose it was the combination of me being so young at the time and how vast the world is in the game. I just thought that theory was funny.
haha I love the dungeon creator...mostly so I can make myself levels with lots of loot :P and yeah the game world is huge, so is oblivion's it's what makes those games so fun i ended up completing it, it had a great storyline
Haha, you can actually just gain tons of level with the dungeon creator? That's pretty cool. Hopefully I can get a better computer and make some cool dungeons. I've been wanting to replicated Magus' castle from Chrono Trigger haha.
Beautiful music, though I have to drop a line, SupraDarky. Next time, do not use gain and/or normalize for the player/encoder. It kills the balance for the music, and may hurt some people's ears like mine, that are encased in headphones.
I loved this battle! It's not the hardest boss battles but it is one of the most epic! I just finished playing FFVI and I havt to say it is my favorite FF and I think one of the greatest games ever.
The PS1 version, beyond any doub't!!!! The PS1 version has a 3D movie at the beggening that does not exist on the SNES and GBA versions and the colors are brighter than the GBA/SNES verison.

Dancing Mad is actually five songs in one. The game moves between songs as you clear each of the for boss phases (The short interlude during part 2 is used to introduce the final form).
