@womball That's pretty much it, I'm placing multiple objects into a single texture space (known as atlasing), this is most useful in games development as it speeds up rendering times.
VERY USEFUL for object with animation and modifiers, etc. Thank you, looking forward to updates that will remove 1-2 arbitrary steps, but so far VERY useful.

So when your packing are you place uvs on top of each other if they are to share the same texture? I'm not sure what your doing when you speed it up.
