Yeah I agree with you guys, even though they are based on the books the series differs in a lot of ways, not necessarily in a bad way, CAN"T WAIT FOR SEASON 3!!!! I hope Sookie and Bill can keep it together, they are so cute in real life as a couple =)

@gariner19 I read all the so far published books, and even though the show is great, it doesn't really keep much to them.... so I wouldn't be suprised if something totally diffrent happened... Laffayette is supposed to play a major role in season 3, but he died at the begining of book 2... anywway book ten coming out in May!!!!

at sprootles, the producers and cast members arent the ONLY one who know the ones who know are the ones who read the books, you know theyre a book series right?? lol

We don't actually know who took Bill at the end of season 2.  I think it was probably Lorena, but I don't think it was Eric. Only the producers and cast members know.

@computerfreak41 - Alan Ball says he doesn't go by the books to a T, but he does take from them greatly - if you read the books, you would know. But if you were following what was happening in the show - Eric took Bill, but Lorena could have too. I would like to see it played out.

@angwit6 they said since there's like 10 books, and 2 more being made, they don't know how long it will last, i hope it goes on to at least 8 seasons, the only thing that will be a problem is, the show has 7 to 9 months of breaks, people who play the vampires will have a little problem with the ageing lol

@loufreck yeah like 7 years staying the same as they are. kinda difficult. they will probably make the screen adaptation shorter. like 6 or 7 seasons might be possible, if people will still watch it.
