  • Im not meaning to take away from what he has done but I'm sorry this man is not the greatest. Up there yes , but Joe Frazer had shown much more heart and dedication, and really was the only man who this guy couldn't destroy.

  • @grapewater123 So you're saying Ali didn't have heart and dedication? Even though he fought an entire round in a blind-state against the deadly punching great Sonny Liston, even though he fought 10 rounds with a badly damaged jaw against Ken Norton, even though he got up at the count of 4 when Joe Frazier's brutal left hook knocked him down (that punch would've knocked out a horse, as most observers note)??? Wake the hell up... Ali is truly the greatest...

  • The Hilarious Side of the Greatest

  • Emotion drains energy in a way that can't be trained for. Ali understood this.

  • @lazur1 . . . so does nick diaz

  • Muhammad Ali was one of the few athletes who was egotistical but also very likeable at the same time. For comparative purposes, think about how unlikeably arrogant athletes such as Barry Bonds and Terrell Owens are or were.

  • I love the man to death man. He's as good an entertainer as he is a damn fighter.

  • Love it nice vid

  • Why this man never took to the stage as a stand-up comedian, is beyond me. He was far to internally funny, gentle & kind spirited, to stay in the brutal life of boxing. It's like people saw his raw athletic talent and capitalized on it, by talking him "only" into professional boxing. If only we lived in an alternative universe, where he wouldn't have parkinson's and still be making us laugh......Awwww I miss this Ali.

  • Ali is right clown

  • @tapiaassasin Joe must have thought it was Ali

  • "You craaazy?"

    "That's right I'm crazy"

    LOL

  • gotta love ali trollin on frasier. they were good friends.

  • @MachinaSapien they hated each other. frazier went to his grave with his feelings still hurt from what ali had said about him.

  • @lslaforlet42 False... Frazier said in 2009 that he no longer harboured bad feelings for Ali... Plus if you watch the "Facing Ali" documentary, Frazier actually cries for Ali towards the end of it...

  • the funniest thing is that frazier gave him the beating of his life!!! dont get me wrong i love ali but frazier won the 71 match its scored on rounds, not punches landed and frazier pummeled ali to take most of the rounds from the 5th onward and the middle and late stages of the fight, anyone who says ali won is a biased opinion who has listened too much to the "i am the greatest" shit and not admitted the trueth before them

  • he answered my long lasting question.

  • Comment removed

  • @evil10110 what has he done to u

  • @Greatestofall98 Don't listen to him he's a troll...

  • @evil10110 Typical troll...

  • Joe Frazier fxxxed Ali UP! POW!

  • Before he changed his name he had a style that was fun to watch.....but the rope a dope bull shit wasnt all that exciting but it worked ,even though he obviously was taking alot more blows to the head then he should. He always tried to make a fool out of frazier but joe probably hit him in the head harder then anyone.Looks like joe got the last laugh on him after all.

  • @stevekon11 unfortunatly your right

  • @stevekon11 Pff, we got a white, warloving redneck hillbilly, bigot of a slavemaster here. When he changed his name?He was at his peak against Foley. He was a lot better in 67 than he was in 63. He didn't take that many blows to the head in the rope a dope, mainly leaned back. And there is no evidence at all thatParkinson is caused through boxing. But hey, guess you have to much of a slavemaster mind to understand this.I am not black, but I sure wish the white American would be killed by a disease

  • @michaelyouth I can see you were not around to know what your talking about....alot of people were...its amusing how pawn scum like you with your feeble mental ability can so quickly say such mindless laughable load of crap....I just wish a punk as bitch like you had the guts to run your moth like that to my face....but your kind never does.STILL a LOT OF US will laugh at your stupidity every time you have something to say.Otherwise your not worth anything but a bitch slap.

  • @michaelyouth I sure wish white america bla bla bla who the hell said he had parkinsons??Derrr r.Fact is Ali was as punch drunk as they come not unlike most career boxers later in life.Ignorant fool, what do you know about the ring?Nothing, you just sit back and run your mouth, tell lies, talk shit.

  • @stevekon11 Yeah, Ali was punch drunk, you clearly don't know jack you dumb ignorant youtuber. This man was a legend, a phenomena in the sport of boxing, he was the Sugar Ray Robinson of the Heavyweight division, fighting like a warrior, beating 3 TOP TEN Heavyweights in History (Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier and George Foreman) and being the 3 time lineal Heavyweight champion of the world. No one has ever accomplished what he has, so before you talk trash, know something first jackass.

  • @truebeliever786 Are you just a complete retard? You know whats really sad....the fact that kids your age from other parts of the world know more about american sport history(including boxing)then the utterly disgraceful ignorance constantly being displayed by your generation of americans.I suppose you have some moronic sense of entitlement. As if your entitled to be right, even though you too lazy and stupid to pick up a book or do a little research.Do you even know what punch drunk is?

  • @stevekon11 I now know what a punch drunk is, my mistake. You're right, I shouldn't talk unless I know something... I thought you were insulting Ali. Were you? If not, consider this, over...

  • @truebeliever786 My hats off to you...its rare that anyone admits a misinterpretation. In your defense it is a term that you dont hear much anymore.Insult Ali?No,he was the best of them in the ring at a time that I would say was the golden age of boxing 1965-1985)When the boxing world split...it was all down hill(at least for USA heavy weights)I still say Ali was moreexciting to watch when he was younger,Cassius Clay ,check out video of him then and you'll know what i mean.

  • @stevekon11 Well yeah true, I guess society's far too arrogant these days... Yeah boxing was great back in that day.

Yeah I've seen him fight as kid Cassius Clay so many times, my favourite Ali fight is Clay-Liston 1964, just legendary, I've seen that fight over a dozen times, I could never get over it, the way he moved so swiftly and his scientific amazing style, speed, reflexes and heart, just legendary... =]

  • @truebeliever786 Yes he had those cat like moves, with explosive counter punches in the olympics too

  • @stevekon11 Yeap...

  • @stevekon11 What a fool you are. Ali caught basically nothing in the first 10 years of his fights. He mainly was hurt by Shavers, Frazier and Holmes. There are many fighters who are not scientific like Ali, such as Foreman, Frazier, who just will eat 5 punches to get in one. They are doing fine. You don't even know anything about Parkinson. You don't even know if Ali has Parkinson or Parkinson's syndrome, that's how ignorant you are. But keep looking out for wikipedia dumb racist.

  • @michaelyouth WTH...where do I ever say he had Parkinson's ?Where did i ever say he had p syndrome? But you begin you idiotic coment with "whata fool you are".Then you procede to say things I never said. This much I do say and its common knowledge and all experts agree. If you stay in the ring too long(career) and get punched in the head literally hunreads of times (by some of hardest punchers known to man),you commonly get permanent brain damage. This is what happened to Ali.

  • @stevekon11 Ali does not have permanent brain damage, there is no so called experty who would agree with you on that. Ali has Parkinson's disease but some say Parkinson's syndrome and there is no scientific correlation between Parkinson's and getting punched in the head.

  • @VajinalBloodFart fuckin oath thats classic

  • How ironic the interviewer's name is Parkinson

  • lmao the most charismatic athlete ever

  • That was spot on when Ali was doing joe frazier, head down and still swinging lol

  • The good ol' Rope-a-Dope...wait, the interviewer's name is Parkinson? :/

  • @gmta28 That's right man =]

  • Ali was a real entertainer.

  • "You...are...in...troubbbble! Didn't I tell you your hands can't hit what your eyes can't see? You know I'm the greatest of all time?" That's the best onslought of talking trash I have ever heard inside of the ring.LMAO

  • u guys here a deep laugh at the end unnatrual laugh at the end?

  • tyson would kick your fucking ass to dead

  • @feetlover18 don't even mention Tyson. Tyson sucked. Ducked Holyfield forever and then, Evander destroyed and annihilated Mike when they finally met. Ali would have beat Tyson. Tyson lost to a bunch of white guys.

  • @biozamadotcom He didn't duck Holyfield, he went to jail for 5 years, otherwise they would've fought. And Holyfield headbutted, that's why Tyson lost. That was just unfair, that's cheating.

Firstly, skin-colour doesn't mean shit, secondly, Tyson only lost to 1 white guy, Kevin McBride, and that was when he was 39 years old, i.e. 100% over-the-hill...

  • @truebeliever786 Tyson did not fight they line up that Ali did, that's all.

  • @biozamadotcom I know, Ali's greater than Tyson I agree, he beat guys like Liston and Foreman, that would've took Tyson apart, but even then, Tyson's a great fighter, a legend, and I put him in the top 10 for sure...

  • @truebeliever786 cool. We all have our own favorites and takes and outlook on it. It's part of it all. Makes it more interesting and fun for fans of the sport.

  • @biozamadotcom Well you don't have to come and show disrespect then by saying Tyson sucks, because he doesn't suck, he was legendary fighter, a great fighter, the youngest Heavyweight champion in history...

  • R.I.P. Smokin Joe.

  • hahahahaaaa

  • The Rock reminds me of Ali i dont know why i think its because how confident and charismatic they are

  • @Liteskin2324 The rock is an actor ALI is a champion...no compairsion lol

  • @TheLaptop1990 Hey dude The man didn't say He would beat him shut the fuck up,Liteskin is right Ali reminds him of the rock because there both cocky sportsman,Im a massive Rock and Ali fan.Ali would kick rocky's ass but dont open your mouth next time when the man didn't say shit.

  • @AxlRoseGNRLover what are you talking about? I said Ali was a fighter and the rock was an actor you really cant compare the guys..its just stupid...

  • @TheLaptop1990 Everyone makes the assumption Wrestling is faked,I mean it is scripted. But scripted and fake are 2 Completely different things. The moves are determined and so is the winner BUT you think Wrestlers dont work their ass of just as much as a boxer? They need to endure pain as well.Muhammad Ali was an actor too he taked smack for the cameras but wasn't really like that.THATS ACTING!!

  • @AxlRoseGNRLover OMG theyare prfesional acyors....its common knowledge....are you really that stupid?

  • Damn, Will Smith sounded just like that in the movie. I didn't know it was so much alike.

  • @SpeedFreakNO I just wanted to say that

  • "That's right I'm crazy!" hahaha

  • Right at the end you can see the love Ali had for Frazier when he smiles. You can tell that deep down Ali respected Frazier.

  • Ali was a great fighter also the most Charismatic fighter.

  • loooooool . "man ... this is the wrong place to get tired ! "

  • @osmiu That was my favourite part =]

  • George foreman really battered Frazier it was sad watching a warrior get beat so badly but to his credit he just kept getting up.

  • R.I.P smoking Joe

  • R.I.P. Joseph William Frazier

  • i wish i was born in the ALI era!

  • @truebeliever786 And those examples I cited about him overcoming adversity were meant to be the highest compliment to him. It is a true measure of Ali's greatness. He also beat fighters of every style which few if any fighters could say.

  • @truebeliever786 Turn on your sarcasm detector! I was agreeing with you!

  • @mongoose704 Oh I'm deeply sorry, in that case, my bad comment to you is going straight to the trash can... =]

  • @truebeliever786 I flushed one of mine down the johnny flusher once I considered that you might not have gotten my sarcasm, so we're even.

I respect most of the great heavyweights (and great fighters.) I don't consider myself a fanboi. I am a fan of boxing, period.

  • @mongoose704 Thank you man =]

  • Comment removed

  • @truebeliever786 Yeah what a loser Ali is. He only beat 3 of the top 10 heavyweights in history and 5 of the top 20. What a wuss! Even though no fighter has the win resume Ali has. Ali came off the canvas to beat fighters. He KO'd fighters that were out pointing him. He came from behind. He beat slick outside fighters, swarmers and brawlers. He beat fighters that were perfect foils for him.

Good job on smacking down people that don't know boxing from crocheting.

  • @mongoose704 was most overrated

  • not only was ali a good boxer but he was an entertaining person haha

  • Muhammed Ali > LEGEND

Ps only one dislike the rest are likes

  • All I can say is...what a fucking legend

  • @truebeliever786

    ikr What A Fighter!

  • Your all asshole's R.I.P SMOKING Joe Frazier .

  • @SukBonelessSausage What's your problem man.. were you abused as kid by your parents or your mama got raped in front of you by a black dude... it seems like you want revenge.. so why dont you come out on street and talk like this in real.. you pathetic piece of shit...

  • RIP Frazier

  • JOE FRAZIER THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!

  • @SukBonelessSausage you'll believe anything Chuck wepner will say? and by the way who the hell is chuck wepner anyway, must be some pathetic whopped up boxer who couldnt find a way to beat the greatest.

  • @truebeliever786 i would have fucked all of them and mooharmed ali up!!! 19, 100 kg's pure muscle! black belt karate, judo and jui jitsu! KILLING MACHINE!!

  • @therealgergory Ahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

    100kg killing machine??!!!! LMAO!!

Who goes on youtube saying that?

    An IDIOT like you obviously!

Ya and I'm 375lbs and bulletproof! I eat lightning and crap thunder! Did I mention I'm 6'10'' and a billionaire too?

You are definetly a fucking MORON

    LMAO at you!!....tough-guy...hahahaha

  • @therealgergory

Wow. We are all trembling -_-. Alright no jokes now, the Martial Arts are all about peace, respect and like the other guy said humility. You don't seems to have any of these attributes. Proud to be a killer huh? What a joke.

  • @truebeliever786 That guys comment is the epitome of failure and idiocy. He would do the world a great favor by ending himself. ... fucking internet tough guys

  • Greatest alright...big cement head got beaten around alot...with a big mouth and tiring his opponents out and once they're too tired to punch anymore then he takes them out. He was a joke that is all he was.

  • @aubhar this is what the game is about, you outsmart and out-psyche the opponents. it's not just punches and blows, it's also brains. If it were only about blows you could make use of machines fuccking the shit out of each other. trust me you won't like it.

  • @aubhar He put Liston away in the 1st round of their second fight. He put Quarry away in the 3rd round of their first fight. He went the distance with the likes of Joe Frazier, Ken Norton, and Ernie Shavers winning on points. He beat a 40-0 George Foreman (a man who had put away all 40 of his previous opponents) You might not like Ali, hell you may hate him, but to say he was "a joke" shows your blithering ignorance on the topic of heavyweight boxing.

  • R.I.P. Smokin joe frazier

  • Lol "sucka"

  • I love Ali lol

  • Comment removed

  • @tapiaassasin IS A PEDOPHILE BE CAREFUL GUYS

  • Badass story

  • Funny RIP Joe

  • али был крут и останется крутым

  • Sorry to include Lewis and Bruno as examples in this debate, obviously they don't belong in the same league as these guys, but it was just an illustration of how hard it is to determine who is a better boxing based on who else they fought other than the fighter you are comparing them to.

  • Muhammad Ali: the original troll.

  • man i can watch Ali all day every day, he is so entertaining

  • Ali THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!

  • Comment removed

  • Lol, looks like I made two mistakes. I wrote that comment early this morning before work, I didn't mean the second bout, I was on about Thrilla!

Anyway, everyone has their opinion. Ali was great because, aside from being an outstanding boxer, he was just so entertaining to watch, he was a showman. I guess I just connected more with Frazier's heart and determination in those fights, I watched those wishing Frazier would knock Ali out for all the trash talk

  • whos crazy now ayyy ;)

  • lol! this interview was funny.

  • ali created frazier and frazier created ali....alis trash talk made their rivalry so much better to watch, doesnt mean they hated each other....boxing is one of the few sports were the competitors respect each other

  • @tupacsomething69 Ali made Frazier, but Frazier did not make Ali. Ali's legacy was already written. He was the best heavyweight of all times, in his prime. Nobody could touch him.

  • @michaelyouth yes but really he needed good competition to be considered the greatest, for example tyson killed most of his opponents with first round knockouts but they were mostly bums, ali on the other hand beat frazier, foreman, liston

  • @tupacsomething69 True, but I'm saying Frazie did not really make Ali's career. Ali was hughe in the 60's. He beat Liston, Patteson, Chuvalo, Folley, Henry Cooper, Brian London, and he did it with flaire and such grace. Frazier did make Ali a bit more famous, but he did not make Ali.

  • much respect to ali and frazier, they were boxers first and niggers second - unlike mike tyson who was a nigger first and a boxer second, or any of todays heavyweights who are just niggers and not boxers at all

  • Rip Joe, truly the greatest of all times

  • @brodiecoan NO!!

  • Talk is one thing, Joe Frazier talked with his fists. You lost Cassius.

  • @WBmilkmandan

"Talked with his fists" - that he did, which he demonstrated what he beat up the mother of his youngest son.

Frazier lost too - four times, going 1-4 against the very best opposition that he faced when he still operating at world level.

  • @tapiaassasin Haha you are really pathethic. Frazier did not attack his woman, ever.

Why do you spend your life, making it a goal, to try to hurt Frazier's rep, which obviously is failing miserably. Really a joke.

  • @michaelyouth

You're wrong,my dear friend.Frazier was arrested in 2004 for smacking around the mother of his son,and she had the injuries to prove it.Don't blame me for simply informing other's of frazier's past.

  • @tapiaassasin Liston you sick little fuck. A): I'm not your dear friend, son of a bitch, and B): you've been posting this shit for a long time now, and I as you saw in a few posts before, I stopped responding.. SO STOP FUCKING RESPONDING TO ME TOO.. I DONT CARE ABOUT JOE FRAZIER SMACKING AROUND THE MOTHER OF HIS SON,I DON'T CARE. EVEN IF IT HAPPENED, I REALLY DONT FUCKING CARE. YOU JEALOUS LITTLE MOTHERFUCKER

  • R.I.P Smokin' Joe Frazier <3

  • A black man opening his eyes very wide is the most hilarious thing imaginable.

Whether Cuba Gooding Jnr, Chris Tucker, or the great Cassius Clay, to open one's eyes very wide is the very best joke.

  • frazier, beat ali with only one eye, i doubt theyd let someone box these days if only 1 eye worked

  • @GRANDMASTERKANE Well technically he could partially see from the other eye, but Ali had his disadvantages too, he come from a 3 year layoff and only had 2 fights since that and lost much of his speed and reflex abilities that he had back in his Prime...

  • @truebeliever786 true but Ali had a lot more rounds in than Frazier in the two years before their first fight.

  • @truebeliever786 hell yea bro

  • @truebeliever786 nothing can compare to this problem of vision

    ps:ali couldnt dance around frazier,thats a fact

  • @truebeliever786 Frazier wasn't exactly in his prime either...

  • @truebeliever786 lol he had 95% vision loss. Partial vision loss in one eye is an understatement. Lets not forget Joe also had other existing health problem before the fight. diabetes and highblood pressure. He nearly died after the first fight not because of the punishment he took, but because his kidneys almost failed. Frazier> Ali

  • @HiMyNameIsRoss

And you're evidently stupid enough to believe that he had such loss in one eye, arent you?

  • @tapiaassasin its a fact smartass. He had to protest to even be allowed to fight because doctors advised him otherwise. It is in the thrilla in manila doc. Even if he has no vision loss at all, look at the existing health problem he had. He was completely deteriorated by his late 20's.

  • @HiMyNameIsRoss

Well,if the documentary states it,it must be true, because it's not like it had an agenda or anything *sarcasm*.There were no existing health problems after he was treated for what what doctors described as "mental and physical fatigue" following his first fight with Ali,and his manager wanted to him to retire based on wanting him to leave on top rather than any "existing health problems".

Frazier himself has exaggerated his own illness's in order to garnet sympathy and credit.

  • @tapiaassasin

    *garner*

    *illnesses*

  • @tapiaassasin Nonsense, there's no exaggeration, he had diabetes, low blood sugar, kidney problems and a partially blind left eye...

  • @truebeliever786

I stated that there were no existing health issues after he was released from hospital initially. If there was anything serious,he wouldn't have been released after just two weeks. As for the blind thing - another claim made up by frazier well after his career ended. He had a stablemate by the name of gypsy joe harris who was forced to retire due to an eye injury, but theres no evidence to suggest frazier ever had the same injury.

  • @tapiaassasin Yes there was, he had diabetes and he had low blood sugar and yes, he was partially blind in one eye, he never made it up, he just didn't say it, otherwise they'd never give him a license. He fought his entire career with a partially blind left eye...

  • @truebeliever786

And where is your source for Frazier being partially blind in one eye? Him? LOL.Gee,what a reliable source that is.Do you believe mike tyson when he stated he had broken his back too? Absolutely no evidence to suggest that there was anything ever wrong with frazier's sight during his career.None whatsoever.

  • @tapiaassasin He was in there for a month dumbass.

  • @HiMyNameIsRoss

Wrong,as you always are.Frazier was released from hospital after a twelve day stay.He was allowed to travel all the way down to south carolina just a week after being released too.

  • @tapiaassasin ........are you serious right now kid? If you are just stop. Your arguing over objective matter here. For your own pride just stop.

  • @HiMyNameIsRoss Frazier = Ali...

  • @GRANDMASTERKANE

Wasn't any different in the 60's and 70's,which is why Frazier is in all probability a liar in regards to him claiming to have fought blind in one eye throughout his career. He had a stablemate by the name of gypsy joe harris, and once his eye injury was discovered he had his license revoked.

  • LOL "Show me sumthin Sucka"

  • lol rip champ Frazier yell

  • RIP

  • Wow lol. Priceless.

  • RIP SMOKIN

  • @truebeliever786 - No comment to you.

  • fulcrum300 It was absolutely 100% appropriate! Joe Frazier called Ali names too. I'm a former fighter. Many fighters don't even like speaking to one another during their days as a boxer. They even threaten to "kill" one another. Ali made people laugh. He mocked EVERYBODY. You obviously are too young too have been there or to even REMOTELY understand the greatest fighter that ever lived!

  • @ManofSteel3720 Bullshit it was hilarious, it was sick and Ali realised that after the rivalry ended... Frazier's family was threatened, he was reviled by so many of his people and he suffered through the worst hardships because of Ali's trash talk. I understand that a joke is a joke, but when you say: "Frazier works for the enemy" etc... you're going to far. Ali went too far, but he did apologise for it...

  • @truebeliever786 Here we go again! I get so sick of people like you always making Ali out to be the bad guy all of the time. Joe Frazier did his dirt too. He said things disrespecting Ali, he brought himself all of that so-called 'hardships'. As manofsteel said, you obviously do not know or can begin to understand the times or the Greatest fighter that ever lived!

  • @92463mike I know he did, but it was still wrong of Ali to do all that to the guy who helped him, because without Frazier, Ali would never have fought again after 1967, it was Joe and Yank Durham who got him his license back...

He could've asked Joe to call him 'Muhammad Ali' in a polite way instead of calling him an 'Uncle Tom' right away after he said 'Cassius Clay' etc, after all this was the guy who helped him... Joe's kids were bullied at school, he was threatened and so was his family...

  • @truebeliever786 For every action there is a reaction, and Ali reacted to Frazier's insults as any or most human beings would. And as far as Frazier supposedly 'helping' Ali, just how true is that? I mean, I do not think a man of Ali's greatness and stature would need a Joe Frazier to 'help' him at all in any way. Maybe the Frazier fans want to make their guy seem greater than he was.

  • @truebeliever786 - He didn't apologise for it though did he... He apologised to Joe's son, not to the man himself, and Frazier resented Ali until the day he died because of that. I personally think Frazier was the better boxer.

  • @WildMorgan I don't think Joe did, see "Facing Ali", the documentary, Joe actually sheds tears when talking about Ali's Parkinsons problem.

You can't be serious... Ali beat Liston, Patterson, Foreman, Norton, Frazier and other Great fighters. With all due respect Frazier, only beat one, and that was Ali, and I give him all the credit in the world for that, but better than Ali? As much as I like him more than Ali, personality-wise, I'd have to say, no way. He is on my top 10 though.

  • @truebeliever786 - That don't really mean anything, Ali may have beaten a lot of good fighters but when Ali and Frazier came together in the ring, Frazier bested him, and he gave him a damn good kicking in the second match too. In fact, just before the end of the 15th round, Ali was asking his corner to stop the fight, while Frazier was begging them not to. Don't get me wrong, Ali was a great fighter, but he was over-rated, and many more share that opinion

  • @WildMorgan I'd put them as equals in the ring, while Frazier did tire Ali down and hit him with great left hooks to the Jaw and devastating body shots, Ali hit him with fast, accurate combinations many times... When I see their trilogy together, I'd say they are equals...

Nah the second match was close, but that was clearly Ali's. The Third match, the Thrilla in Manila, yeah, both of them killed each other in that fight, its just that Frazier had more desire and heart to win...
