  • This is not a forgotten history, although perhaps the San Marcos train station part of it had been lost. Thanks for pointing it out. I would only add that the Yaqui are very much alive, that despite the attempted genocide, they have continued to defend their territory, their traditions and their memory.

  • This is a surprising bit of history that has somehow (conveniently) been forgotten. I hope many people will visit the abandoned train station and place a flower there in memory of these Yaquis.
