no cheats; it looks to me like the color variations on the video make it appears to move very slightly. I'm guessing that it's probably due to the video quality, but there are no cheats.

What mission gives you entry to Las Venturas? I want to go there.

After the mission Yay Ka Boom-Boom, The Desert becomes unlocked. From then you can go to Las Venturas and not get an instant Wanted Level.

hey at 5:41 your wanted level drops for bout a split second and then promptly returns to 4 stars, what's up with that?

There's a Police Bribe there, so the Wanted Level drops by one star, but since Las Venturas is still locked, the game immediately raises back to a 4-Star Wanted Level again.

In the description for this video I stated that Carl "has no weapons, aside from his fist."

This video shows how to do the Unique Stunt Jumps without any skills, weapons, or body armor. I guess you missed that part.

I cant jump this long even with NRG500

tried frame limit on/off and its the same

Rapidly tap the control to lean forward/steer down while accelerating; it makes any motorbike in the game go a lot faster, including scooters.
