Audi RS4 @ Thunderhill on Friends and Family day 4-1-10 part 2

Are you able to heel-toe shift the RS4? I have a B6 S4 and I find that the gas pedal is too low on the floor when compared to the brake pedal. I guess that if I were really mashing on the brakes, they would both be at about the same place, but that doesn't work well for the road.
