I've read a bunch of the arguments below and I just want to point some thing out from a logical point of view (and yes I am a fan of W.i.t.c.h. But I am not trying to did winx which is not that bad):
Hay Lin vs Musa: sound is dependent on air and so Hay Lin could very easily turn Musa's attacks back on Musa.
Cornelia vs Flora: Flora only manipulated planets while Cornelia manipulates plants AND the ground.

I'm now 16, so I've known both- honestly, Winx is more stylistically appealing. But comparing two well-thought out, fun series intended for younger girls, they are are about the same in concept... I see them as different takes in magical creatures... Like vampire/beast books and shows these days
I personally like W.I.T.C.H better, but I like it better because it has more relatable characters and I like the plot better than Winx ( and yes, I used to watch Winx) Plus the battle scenes are simply better than Winx.
I don't apperciate it when people say "EWW I hate witch because of the characters, Winx has prettier people" ( not an actual quote, but you get my point) That's how I can tell some of the Winx fans are either superficial or under the age of 13 ( not to offend anyone)

WITCH elegantly combines action, drama and adventure in a manner that expresses the power of love and friendship, the substances the guardians ultimately use to overcome thier foes. Winx Club seems to focus more on the girls extravagant transformations, outfits and love lives.........completely boring!

Neither of them will win in a fight because it will never happen and even if it did, being the kid shows that they are, neither of them will come out on top anyway. i think both of the shows are good :) i actually got inspired of W.I.T.C.H to make my own show with the elements and then the heart but the girls a going to get enchantix :)
I personally think that W.I.T.C.H comics win against everything.
However, the animation in Winx is definitely more appealing (to 10 year olds and such) because it's more vibrant and had more work done on it. W.I.T.C.H cartoon did need some work (a lot of shots where it made you wonder how many people were actually working on the cartoon) But all in all, I believe Winx is awesome for younger kids, and W.I.T.C.H for an older crowd. This is just from an artistic stand point.

I actually used to like the Winx Club... But the writers ruined the show when they came out with the 4th season. It's like, after the 3rd season, they just gave up. So I was (& still am) VERY dissapointed in the WC writers. Then I stumbled across W.i.t.c.h. on YT &... well, let's just say that the Winx Club is so history. ;)

although i must say the story line behind Winx is fantastic. thier powers and unbreakable bonds are stunning. however both owe thier very existance to the mother of all magical girl TV shows..........Sailor Moon. niether of these teams could defeat Usagi and the other Senshi in a fight even if they all attacked together. so it goes without saying that its useless fuss over who would beat who if both teams are defective against the Sailor Team

the guardians of the the viel would crush those puny faires without breaking a sweat. the guardians in WITCH are smarter, faster and much more powerful than the fairies of Winx Club. WITCH elegantly combines action, drama and adventure in a manner that expresses the power of love and friendship, the substances the guardians ultimately use to overcome thier foes. Winx Club seems to focus more on the girls extravagant transformations, outfits and love lives.........completely boring!

@witchfansunite Do you guys have any idea how stupid you sound? "witch means everything to me" Are you really putting that much dedication to a cartoon? My opinion, both of the shows are awesome. Neither of them will win in a fight because it will never happen and even if it did, being the kid shows that they are, neither of them will come out on top anyway. However, if i did have to choose a side, I'd say Winx cause it has a larger, MUCH larger fanbase. That and Bloom's a goddess.

@witchfansunite And there are also a dozen other Disney or Nickelodeon shows that have that same message. Both shows are pretty unoriginal. A bunch of teenagers transform to save the world from evil. Like that has never been done before.

I personally think that W.I.T.C.H comics win against everything.
However, the animation in Winx is definitely more appealing (to 10 year olds and such) because it's more vibrant and had more work done on it. W.I.T.C.H cartoon did need some work (a lot of shots where it made you wonder how many people were actually working on the cartoon) But all in all, I believe Winx is awesome for younger kids, and W.I.T.C.H for an older crowd. This is just from an artistic stand point.

I actually used to like the Winx Club... But the writers ruined the show when they came out with the 4th season. It's like, after the 3rd season, they just gave up. So I was (& still am) VERY dissapointed in the WC writers. Then I stumbled across W.i.t.c.h. on YT &... well, let's just say that the Winx Club is so history. ;)
