Air was always my favorite element, but I wasn't a big fan of using them in this game. I liked Life's op Elven archers. Air made a nice early acquisition after getting Water.

just use the fairy lord and go over land ground people cant cross in battle and just have them line up to be shot=easy lvl 12

Cloud of poison was very average spell. If you had the time and couraege, chain lightining would decide the games outcome.

lol, nobody has mentioned the best Air unit of them all yet? the Air thief lord! He could destroy entire armies by himself through his incredible ability to stealth immediately after firing a shot and flying to hard-to-reach places...

ahh from 1:00 to 2:40 im floating back to 90'ties again! What a great game LoM was and still is! Very underrated and possibly deserved its fate. It had so much bugs and "flaws", but us fans always turned them onto favours! ;)

Air had a strong game. You could start with a mage lord, a warrior, and the spell Lightning Charge (abuse warrior's parry) and clear most dungeons with it in the first half of the game. Second half, just rely on Chain Lightning and Windriders.

Storm Giants are awesome, as long as you keep them covered. Plus they look cool leading a charge. I'd love to climb a mountain and find a colony of them somewhere in the world.

I used to love this game so much. And funnily enough I always used to play as Air. That huge mountain they started on was one of the best starting locations in the game.

Fully reseacherd Air wizzards with their damage spells might have been one of the most dangerous units you could get in LoM.

Choas , death, fire and air were so fun to play ... LoM and Heroes MM 3 are the best of their kinds.

Air.....best flying troops in the game. Warriors were so easy to beat. Slow reaction time, low armor, and slow attack. If you didn't target them then they were dangerous. I mostly loved air because they had the second best legendary creature (bested only by the Fafnir) in the whole game. The music is so awesome in this game. Thanks for uploading these! :)

One casting of the 2 mana blind range spell on Fafnir by an expendable (or protectable) mage and he becomes a zero defence pussy-cat easily taken down by a couple of basic ranged units... :)

And yes, I know that's a Chaos spell and not an Air spell, but it just goes to show that one should never over-estimate one's legendary creatures... They have their limits... and their weaknessess...

Yeaaaaa.....I was mostly looking at his stats. I haven't really played it in a while so I haven't really cared. I never really looked that hard at it. I mostly played it very slowly and I usually ended the game with 150+ turns.
