The fact that Davis was able to successfully hide the gun, or the lack of "DNA evidence" when the two had no physical contact (he shot the cop from a distance) doesn't mean he was innocent. All available evidence points to Davis. Guilty and successfully graduated NU. The system works.

Why did Davis refuse? Because their lawyer-drafted affidavits would not have held up under cross-examination.

Two pigs (Liczbisnski and Simpson) on the scene of my most recent false arrest and robbery by police died in separate incidents within two blocks therefrom, whilst other pigs were injured in nearby traffic accidents. Also, twelve pigs from their building have since been arrested, including their district commander, Inspector Daniel Castro. In addition, the lying pig trash could not corrupt judge, who believed me over them and acquitted me.

He was guilty folks. Davis doesn't deny being at the scene. Fact is that either Cole or Davis killed the cop. Cole turned himself in, Davis fled town. The fact that Davis was able to successfully hide the gun, or the lack of "DNA evidence" when the two had no physical contact (he shot the cop from a distance) doesn't mean he was innocent. All available evidence points to Davis. Guilty and successfully graduated NU. The system works.

For example, the state presented 34 WITNESSES against Davis, NOT 9.
Only 2 of the 7 recantations, out of 34 witnesses, actually recanted anything of value, and those 2 affidavits were discounted by the court because Davis refused to allow them to testify at the post-trial hearing.
Why did Davis refuse? Because their lawyer-drafted affidavits would not have held up under cross-examination.

Any of you intellectually curious rocket scientist bother to note that the Supreme Court decision ( s ) to not stay the execution voted unanimously, Conservative and Liberal, Black and White justices? Did any of you bother to ponder the evidence that was excluded because of technicalities, or did you just swallow the MTV version?
