It would take many, and I mean many years to create a plasma sword, I mean you would have to condense millions if ions into a single form, sounds easy but you give it a shot then ^^, neither the less making it so it kills and stays in from after being used once, and so called "halo" weps have been being created over many years, before halo was thought up of.
