Actually the blackness is often refferred to as hell, one of the interiors found is the betting shop in Montgommery you rob with Catalina

The mulitple bedroomed house is one cut from the final build of the game. Each bedroom was specific to a girl CJ dated (one is Millie's room, you see it in the mission "Key to her heart" the other rooms were meant to be accessible by dating Denise, Helena. Katie and Michelle (dunno bout Barbara) where you get to watch them durin the "coffee" part of your date.
