I saw the police lights and sign 1/2 mile before the zone started. giving plenty of time to buckle if I didn't already (always where my belt)
I see NO need for 5 cop cars bunched in a 300ft section. all just sitting there picking there noses. i say 2 cop cars is all thats needed. so the other 3 can patrol and find real criminals. horrible way to spend tax money
Here in the People's Republic of Australia - State of Victoria - tickets for the victimless non-crime of driving without wearing a seatbelt is over $200.
That's how totalitarianism looks like. Comes with a cheery voice and cute graphics. So you won't notice that this is nothing other than a legalized highway robbery.

The most effective way to catch people without seat belts: Post a sign stating that you are right around the corner.
