Secondly, Israel doesn't DELIBERATELY target civilians, its called collateral damage-a result in all warfare, especially with dealing with groups like Hezbollah, who score points by killing Israeli civilians and score more points by having Israel kill Lebanese civilians by hiding behind them when Israel retaliates.
