  • It's nice to see your bird so happy. My green cheek does not like his carrier, however, he likes his little budgie cage when I take him to the vet and on outings.. He has a large cage at home as well.

    (Don't get too frustrated with people who are concerned. They are just trying to be helpful for birds who can't speak for themselves. Better to be overly caring than not enough.)

  • It is "his cage," however it is not "his only cage." This is Rigel's travel cage, of course it is too small for every day. As you can clearly see, we are at the park in this video. He also has a carrier which is also too small for him to live in, but I'm not abusing him by putting him in there for a 10 minute drive to the vet.

    Why people take the tiniest information and can only use it to judge is beyond me.

  • No offense, but your cage is much too small for your conure to live a healthy lifestyle for too long. Suggested minimum cage dimensions are 24"w, 30"l, 30"h.
