Paiste has been around for a long time with the classic rock guys but nothings says metal like Tama and Paiste =] IMO Paiste has some of the best sounding cymbals but they have some pretty expensive stuff too...

Man..You cant tune. They sounfd shit. Personally, I dont like Paiste 101's.I prefer PST's or Alphas.(Black and regular). Nice kit but you obviously know nothing about drums. That song at the start is awesome. What is it?

i use paiste. they are quality. i use mostly paiste alphas but i have a 8" sabian apx splash.whch is a nice pice of kit. Paiste Alpha all the way

they sound ok. i got a full blown export kit. it's ok i got all the drums from musiciansfriend and ebay for cheap. they have an alright tone. it's not as warm sounding as maple. i guess it's a little pale sounding.

nice kit...I just got mine too in red wine..but my set I add a 10" tom and 18" floor tom..so you not using the protone heads..I'm waiting for your next video loading..I wanna hear how a poplar wood sounds

how do you find the sounds of the paiste 101s? i wanted to buy them online but none of the local stores here in malaysia sell them so i couldn't test them out. in which part of the video are you hitting the 18" crash ride by the way?

What are the shells made of? They sound good although I think your floor toms are tuned just a little too low. For your bass drum, it would sound way better if you got a powerstroke 3 or 4 head, believe me it made a huge difference on mine.

Export have popular shells, im still looking for new bassdrum head.. as you say.. maybe powerstroke would be better =)

i know your a remo guy so let me make a suggestion. if you get the powerstroke, your gonna have to put a blanket or a pillow inside of the bass drum. but if you get the remo powersonic bass head you wont need to. it comes with a foam ring that is glued on the inside of the drum head to give a warm focused boom. it also comes with the e.s.d.s. system. esds stands for external snap on dampedning system. it makes your kick sound like a cannon. you need to get it and replace that pro tone head man.

i love my pearl 826's man i got 2 bass drums and 5 toms and it looks sexy i got seperate snares though. i got the joey signature snare and dw pacific snare. i just bought iron cobra power glides for my kick drums and there awesome. and i see you have pearl p-120 double kick. nice man thats what i used to have.

I have an Export EX too since last April. It sounds really good despite its cathegory into 800$ drumkits! My cymbals are all Sabian XS, and they sound fine too. I think we have a very useful drumkit!
