@trystanater You have to do various tasks throughout act 3. This applies to all classes:

Headwear: Looted from Grace on the quest Best Served Cold.

Chestwear: Looted from the High Dragon after defeating it on a sidequest called Mine Massacre (in the Bone Pit).

Gloves: Nothing special. You get these automatically at the beginning of act 3.

Boots: Looted from Huon on the quest On the Loose.
