Iraq could use more amusement parks, and add things that are actually fun, a garden and fountain ain't gonna cut it.

LOL Don't count on a payback. If we do get one it will probably be similar to the France's show or lack of gratitude for their liberation.

They never did pay us? At least we go some of the brains from Germany as a form of compensation. That was worth a lot.
