That was my favorite C64 racing game, but I think the original Outrun had better music.

oh man, i almost forgot how sweet the end game music, and not to forget the remix from magical sound shower when the first loading ended. nothing short of amazing. pure sid chip heaven this game.... lol.

Back in the days I created a special cable so I could hear the music over my stereo..... especially the music from this game was one of my favourites....

The music sounds so much better than regular outrun. This port has more drum beats.

Sounds amazing on the intro, especially with the 'hit it music'. The presentation is also really well done, the game isn't all that though... Powerdrift and a few others show how things are done.

I had an Amstrad CPC 6128 with no sprite engine but good basic at that time. then I bought an Amiga. Now I have many of them :) and finally 2003 my 1st C64.

Ha, I didn't really know U2 at the time I played the game but looking at it now it's clearly them during the Joshua Tree / Rattle and Hum era.

@Daco65 hehe, me too...i used to make compilation tapes of my favourite c64 tunes...plenty of turrican in there too.
