I loved that cartoon and it should be released as a rerun at least.
That was better than desperate housewives. I just wish the entertainment industry would take a serious look at what is being shoved into our minds. They don't understand that there is to much brutality on t.v. with sports and what not so its no fun anymore to watch sitcoms that are so serious. I identified with the thoughts and feelings of robert evans. A man that showed me its all to serious.
This is truly the Hollywood story! A story of a person being in the right place at the right time. Robert Evans had little talent but he seemed to bumble his way to A list 70s celebrity! God knows why, but fair play to him!! I bet he was scratching his head in the 70s thinking "How the fuck did I get so famous?"
hey i gotta ask this to ppl who saw this picture, umm is true he talked about nailing Diane Keaton or did patton oswalt exaggerated for the sake for the joke. it wqas a funny joke but it be really awesome if it was real
Kid Notorious is his nickname, a moniker given to him by Jack Nicholson. Kid Notorious is the sequel to the novel, audiobook and motion picture documentary The Kid Stays in the Picture. This video is a reference to the sequel, not the cartoon on Comedy Central. BTW you can't get Kid Notorious on DVD at all yet. Check out The Kid Stays in the Picture. It's an amazing journey. Bob Evans is my Hero. I love ya Kid.
I Loved that show. I sent an e-mail to Comedy Central a good while ago askin' if it was available on DVD. Nope. But if it ever is, I'm buyin'! That was some hilarious ish!
It's a real pity you can't find funny and interesting shows like Kid Notorious anywhere anymore. I'd be so happy if I could find the episodes and watch them again. Especially "The F-You Soup" that one had to be my absolute favorite.
Is this a documentary about the making of a cartoon called "Kid Notorious"? And there was a butler in it voiced over by Robert Evans real butler, Alan Selka? I used to know him many years ago, knew he lived in America and has done for some time and that he was still a butler! I have just met someone who knew him very briefly so, being reminded of him looked him up - nothing would surprie me as to what he was now doing but being the butler to a film producer is quite something!
i LOVED Kid Notorious it was just such a cool offbeat show...i was so pissed when Comedy Central pulled it..i'd stay up all hours just to see it too. Slash as his spiritual advisor and friend..that's genius
And please, for the love of god and all that is holy, nobody even get me started on Sarah Silverman and how they force fed her to everybody despite getting two thumbs down and up her ass.
I know. I can't stand it. Kid Notorious was funny. And for some odd reason, seriously interesting at that.
Kenny Vs. Spenny is another one of those disgusting shows mainly watched by people like drunken high schoolers all crammed into one apartment and all those sorts of grosse and annoying people. As for Lil' Bush - If people wanted to see a dumb, cheap shot political cartoon they need to look no farther than the Internet for tons of em. It's an extremely wore out and dorky concept.
Comedy central always pulls shows that were slowly building viewers like this cartoon. I loved the maid and his cat puss too. Oh man and Slash was awesome... I bet he's like that in real life lol. They'll keep shoving kenny vs. spenny or lil bush down your throat til you pass out though.
It's only Terrific...! Bobby, you're a genius... There will never be another one like you... You are the ultimate original Fun Guy with the Biggest Brain and the key to my Heart...!

I wish Evans would read "Les Fleurs Du Mal" (The Flowers of Evil) on audio CD.
He has the instrument and the temperament and the mordant sense of humor to convey the luminous darkness of the poet.
E.G.:
" Absurdities, Fallacies, Sins, and Greed,
Inhabit our souls and fashion our bodies,
While each of us has his sweet remorse to feed,
Like beggars nourishing their favorite fleas."
- from TO THE READER; Charles Baudelaire.

Damn that Oswalt. I listened to his 'Robert Evans' bit and then watched this. Now I have ordered "Kid Stays In The Picture".
How much one would have to smoke and drink to get a voice like Evans'?
