  • WRONG NOTES eg. 3.40

    but quite good overall

  • the beginning is to slimy. i thot praeludium should be faster and more energized

  • Beautifully performed! Great sensitivity!

I find his interpretation quite interesting...I simply love it!

  • Beautiful, but not entirely faultless. The best version available is definitely Isaac Stern's, followed by Ida Haendel's. Perlman played it at a faster tempo. Stern's playing showed incredible virtuosity combined with the big, warm tone he is blessed with and his choice of tempo was impeccable. After a relatively ordinary period, Stern was again at his sublime best when he recorded it at nearly 80 years of age. Another brilliant recording is Rafael Druian's. Kreisler himself never recorded it.

  • Is Rimonda treating the LeClair stradivarius?

  • @zurapDOR yes, he is

  • Not the best interpretation I've heard :O He made a couple of mistakes along the way :S

  • @sticker156 Well this is live, and mistakes are often heard in live performances, even in some of maxim V's and Perlmans. Great interpretation of the allegro in my opinion.

  • This violin sounds fabulous, so warm and sweet.

  • I actually like this better than Itzhak Perlman's interpretation.

  • gen prefer just the violin piano versins

    interesting rendition here

  • The cello was too loud as from 4:50

  • WELL DONE KEEP GOING MY FRIEND

  • Simply the best

  • very fine, beautifull, pure, the one i prefer.

  • I prefer this interpretation to any that I've heard this far.

  • nice playing, but there is no difference between the beginning and the dolce part

  • Splendida pagina violinistica, ottima esecuzione. Emozionante, molto emozionante.

Enhorabuena.

  • amazing interpretation :)

  • E' bellissimo questo pezzo...

  • wow i think i'm gonna start playing the beginning of this piece like that instead of a constipated tyrant trampling over a city.

  • Very fine and beautiful playing.

  • That was absolutely...wow!!!

I've no words to describe this beauty

  • Bravissimo, Well done, great performance and very ITALIAN.

  • Stupenda esecuzione!

  • beautiful piece + excellent performance+ the right interpretation but did not fully impress me cuz he didn't memorize the piece

  • Excellent performance

    Bravo Guido

  • Excellent performance, but I don't understand why the video still says Gaetano Pugnani at the beginning - I thought Kreisler already confessed that pieces like this were entirely composed by himself and had nothing to do with the baroque composers.
