@convexrouge Are you building your own oven? This oven is a precast oven and the chimney kind of curves back a little over the dome. That's why I start the fire sort of closer to the door so the flames heat up that spot where the chimney is. There is a SS pipe from maybe 3 bricks up from the arch all the way to the top.
Hi, Could you tell me how you get such effective smoke draw..
is it to do with the chimney shape, size or height...I have no idea.
