Yes this girl was resisting arrest, but seriously a man of his size should have no problem taking her to the ground and restraining her like he was taught. the taser is just easier for them to step back and drop them to the floor so they use it, even when it's not needed.

We don't get police brutality outside of riots etc. They are not pussies, I would not fuck around with them for fear of getting a batton to the face, and I and most other people in my countryy respect their authority. You break the law then you should pay the price. Up until the moment the office pulls out his taser, the girl was fighting with him and resisting arrest.
