But she declined it because she knew that WWE wouldnt allow her to use her wrestling ability properly in any other matches. So she would appear as a bad womens champ. so she let trish win. But she knew how to wrestle, e.g. trish vs stacy in manchester for the womens champ that stacy earned the opportunity, and the playboy match
