'metal' part. So much of it is watered down with dance/electronic. This strays very far from anything

Death-metal. I personally would call this style

E-metal. (probably much more enjoyable in a club with ecstasy pills imo)

Nope, the name is Sadew. He's Japanese, as well.

And yeah, he does sound a lot like Anders, guess that's why they hired him, they wanted to sound more like In Flames. They used to sound more like Children of Bodom at first. They got a new producer to help them get the desired sound and stuff, just go to wiki, it says it all there ^^
