I mean, the whole idea s totally wrong IMO, why didn't they play as themselves (White, Palmer, Clark?), they didn't have to use Knopfler's band name (even if it's altered into The Straits). There's one thing needed to have DS reunion -Mark Knopfler's decision and after that I really doubt it would ever happen, he doesn't need that definately, he still plays his old songs (and they sound much better now to be honest cose he's got amazing band) and this is today's Dire Straits!
Supreb evening for the Lord Tavenas Charity. Sound on this is bad, it was much much better Live!!! I was there..... Great evening, the whole crowd up and dancing taking videos/photos as band said Take as many as you want, WHy it was for CHARITY!!!

This is pathetic!! Couple of guys who used to play in DS decided to earn some money using Knopfler's band name!! Disgusting!!
