I've never been to Disneyland. I'm sure it's great and I'd love to go, eventually, but for now I'm very pleased with WDW and from what I've heard from almost everyone is that WDW is disneyland on steroids :)

I guess I don't see the problem with WDW being big... isn't that an awesome thing? More Disney=More Love!

Oh well, I suppose I'll never understand. :)

I'm sure both are still beyond imaginable in Walt's eyes!

disneyworld is so much better. More rides, more characters, it's decorated nicer and plus walt disney wanted disney world to be the best disney, so he put more work into disneyworld

i have. disneyland is still better. you wouldn't know cause you've never been. disneyworlds spacemountain is slow to lighted up and boring. would love to see a monsters inc laugh factory at disneyland though.

Can people stop fighting about which resort is better? I live in Southern California (obviously been to Disneyland), and I've been to WDW, and I think they're equal. They're both filled with the magic of Disney (and lines!), and that's all that should matter.

@PELICAN2K, despite the fact that you are a trolling, I will say that Disneyland is hardly as good as WDW. Disneyland is small in comparison, and it never changes (because it can't). When Walt Disney bought land for WDW, he bought way more than he needed so that he could expand for years to come.

trolling? i'm not short. anyways, disneyland doesn't need to change. why fix what isn't broken. that's why disneyworld is always trying to one up disneyland, cause it's abit boring and to damn big. monsters inc laught factory is the only attraction that i believe gives disneyworld a one up. it's almost like comparing florida to cali, lol. no comparison.

I read something somewhere that had said that Walt Disney invested in Walt Disney World because he wasn't entirely satisfied with Disney Land.

So in essence, not only do the visitors think so, but Walt Disney would think that Walt Disney World is the perfected Disney Land.

I've been to both parks and I like WDW better.
