I've been looking for a game recently which i played when i was younger and basically there are 3 races which you can choose from 2 alien races and 1 human race. From what i remember i used to play as an alien race and i used to constantly get onto a cut scene where i lose the game because i didn't do my mission or something? You build some facilities on your planet and colonize other planets and there is diplomacy and there was many "species" !!

Also there were hexagonal "fields" like in chess and also its maybe GC2 but dont know for sure because the view was limited by just one solar system and you just travel trought wormholes :-/

beleave me its really bad, sorry for the people who like it, but its nog very good, its a turn based strategy game, you can make your own custom ships, but when you want to attack someones planet you first must attack the orbital ships, when you attack a ship of the planet pops-up, you shoot, when he isn't dead he schoots back, boem ship destroyed. when you form a fleet you can command more ships in 1 move, when you attack another fleet you get a weird movie of the battle, no battle commanding

Well thats your opinion and you have every right for it. I havent played this game but i must agree with you,it does look bad because of the (Graphics over Gameplay) IMHO. I wish they took example of Master of Orion 2 & Pax Imperia. The games now just dont cut.Maybe if they would focus more on Gameplay rather than Graphics then we could see a really good game. Comparing Civilization 1 vs Civilization 4 you most of you would choose CIV 4 but to me CIV1 is better because of the gameplay, DOS game.

Because i made a race with pop +70% along with the Super Breeder Tech and by about turn 50 even with +20% Morale and Media Centers, I can't approach 100% approval and it just declines from there no matter what i do.. Well, you build a colony ship, you then select how many people you want on the ship (a standard colony ship carries 250m i think but you can upgrade them). You then send it to the planet you want to colonise (also, the higher the planets rating the better). You must make sure that the planet is habitable and isn't already taken by another race. From there it's just a case of developing your colony and building up your population etc. hope that helps

um each planet has a 'class'. In order to colonize a planet it needs to have 1 plus. You then send any colony ships you make with people in them from pre-existing colonies to other habitable planets. easy
