Wow this was the best concert I ever saw. When Evanescence was in Moline Il., Amy sang "My Immortal" and it wasn't the same feeling. She makes it very clear that she hates this song now and doesn't want to sing it anymore. I thank you from the depths of my heart for this and the other videos you did of this concert. I feel Evanescence again when I watch them. Now that Jon and Rocky left and Amy's married we most likely won't hear Evanescence for a long time if ever again-

Well when she intoduced it at the two concerts I went to she said "If I HAVE to sign this song then you guys have to sing with me" I think she's just sung it a couple thousand times and is tired of singing it. It often happens to artists. Everyone wants to hear your best stuff everytime and you get burnt out on it even if it is your best.

@sabyisme she hates it because its not "her song". ben wrote it and she has no feelings for it if that makes sense. its not based on any personal experience. it was a song ben wrote for his deceased grandfather. she plays it still because we (the fans) love it so much. i would say, for her, its like ben will never truly leave her alone because he is "immortalized" by this song being so popular with us. just my guess
