fuck virginia I drove there for 8 months as a delivery driver and had some of the worst experiences of my life, They pigs there don't even ask for consent before searching your car they just say get out! Ive seen A virginia state trooper passed me on I-64 going 130 mph at night without his headlights or siren on We could have fucking died if I had changed lanes

The charges were dropped by the Attorney Nora Miller, two weeks before court.

I was at their courthouse making copies of the numerous tickets given out due to 'pacing', and the staff called her to let her know I was doing that, and she came down, and dropped all charges.

She said she did not agree with 'pacing'.

I never did ask if she refunded all the monies paid to her courts before she met me that day.

And they were legion, let me tell you.

@HighWay58speedTrap You know, I've been there on 58 (Emporia) coming and going to Fayettville, NC. If you take a real look at that road, there are nothing but cops (they look like flies on a pie)! Thank you for posting. Also want to congratulate you on your assertion of your rights to use your private property. That is why cops ask you not command you to turn the camera off. They use intimidation to get their way. Once again, good job well done!!!

In Texas, being inside your car is not private property, it is considered public. But you can record whatever you want in public so if he were in Texas there is nothing the cop can do about the recording as long as it does not interfere with his investigation which I'm sure the cop will decide it has.

@MikeBMayne ... Yeah its pretty much the same here... in Va., but the neat thing about Va. is its a "single party recording state".. notice, the trooper asked him to turn the Camera off, he said no, & the trooper (rightly) proceeded with his duties.

Bogus ticket or not, this trooper was nice enough about everything, except recreating the conditions of the stop ... LOL..

Im 19 and i have a 04 bmw m3 and the cops follow me all the time, I once got a ticket for not having my drivers license on me and in NH its not a law that you have to have it on you and a cop wrote me a ticket and court date for it.the judge was baffled at how he gave me the ticket. ive been pulled over more times than i can count and they drive by my house and slow down and look in my driveway I call that harrassment but ive gotten out of every ticket theyve given me so i get why there pissed

In Ohio the law was changed that you do not have to tell the officer that you are NOT carrying a weapon. You only have to tell him if you ARE carrying. Besides, the officer admitted that he already knew the guy had a carry permit. Perhaps he should just simply asked if the man was carrying. Also, carry permit holders should be the least of a law enforcement officers' concern. We jump through many hoops to obey the law. This officer was just being a sh*t because he knows he's a liar.

PACING is, in NO way, effective or honest to write a ticket. Police must have some kind of proof beyond a reasonable doubt to prove you Guilty.

great video it shows that there are professional police officers out there. why do people feel like they can have their tail try outside the court. thats why the summon gives you a date and a place where you can challenge that summons if you feel that you were given a bogus ticket/summon

Good for getting the ticket tossed, but what does cruise control prove? I can set my cruise @ 50, but it doesn't mean I can't accelerate beyond that. I agree there are too many unquestioned BS tickets, but there wasn't any proof at all of this driver NOT speeding.
