@matthewsanfran it is an interesting suggestion that we will discuss. My first thought is that the weep holes are still in place to allow for random water penetrations to escape. However, there is always ways to learn and improve. Thank you for sharing.

I would caution against caulking the window sill flange, so that any water that manages to get in the system can get out at the bottom.
