@BollyWoodSuperFan I think it's pretty common with everyone. I think most people know how to lose weight. It's just a matter of kicking unhealthy habits to the curb! And recognizing the pattern is the first step to changing. Thanks for comments on my vids. It's always a pleasant surprise :)
omg my plate of food was ten times worse LOLOL. i don't think i've ever done 7 miles of anything in my life.. i don't think i can brainwash myself into doing so.. but i do sweat my ass off dancing. i really like your videos a lot thanks for doing this with me :]
@GloriaShuriNava I wish that was all I had! Dinner was a bratwurst, icecream, sugary drinks and chips. And at first I could only do 4 miles and I had to take breaks pretty much every five minutes but with doing weights it was surprising how quickly my body adjusted. And I think dancing is a fantastic workout. It works out all your core muscles and moving around on your feet is harder than cycling in my opinion. Thanks so much for commenting. It's awesome motivation for me and I hope for you too
