I'd say get it.  It has it's flaws sure, but overall it's the best Nascar experience on consoles. Well, really it's the only one. The graphics are really good and most of the glitches have been patched.

Oh. Well I really don't do any of the single player, but it's probably a little deeper than 08 and Sprint Driver challenges are pretty cool. Like I said though, I don't really do those. I only do online races.

It's not by choice. It's simply that the Ps2 can't handle being able to make cars like this. Also, the Ps2 wasn't designed to download and import things from the computer.

Yes, you can. You have to have them on your Friends List however, which is a little unfortunate.
