i have nothing against gays or lesbians, i just wanna make my point my opinion ok, i just noticed that most indiefilms made by us pinoys are all about the third sex, is it really the trend? can we look forward to another new concept in indie film making? it's just that everytime i go and check out what's on indiesine i usually see films that tackle on the third sex. i just hope that we can make a change on the trend. thanks and more power to you indie film makers!

I am gay, and I have nothing against about making movies with a gay theme...but I must admit, I share the same opinion...is independent cinema the refuge of the gays as we cannot break into mainstream cinema? I hope not..or could it be that we are just trying to find our footing in the indie cinema that most film makers try the tested formula,to try to appeal to the mostly untapped gay market? I believe there are more indie movies to come with great concepts...

reason why for that, because most of the indie film makers are gay. in any art form, the masterpiece speak about the artist itself, it is a representation of what is running in their minds and hearts. i agree that there are lots of social issues that can be discussed in an indie, something that can be eye opener, but i think film makers need to consider as well if the film that served as an eye opener could really be or just end right there after the last credit, which normally happens
