1st Use yr PC Contrl Panl to Uninstall Iffy (& expired) Software frm yr System. Next, delete from Programs, after Restart in Safe Mode (press F8) Also clear Cache? Maybe manually Delete Registry fragments (Start: Run: regedit), Defragment drives, Run virus and spyware checks - aftr. (don't trust Pop-Ups, Banners or _affiliate_ Downld sites. See reviews at respected sites 1st, then get from origional provider site. Good Luck!

yeah, i downloaded it once, but then in the middle of installation, i canceled. and my computer came with fake popup viruses when i started my comp, and i had to reinstall my whole computer. the whole thing pissd me off. it even installed a fake bsod screensaver to make it look like a virus was attackin your computer.
