@GatameOne first of all......this girl can not help you. i am not saying good advice is not here but we must be cautious whom we are trusting. please seek out a a toll free help hotline or go to a person you can trust. i did a quick search on help lines....i think your local phone book will have a number. if not post back here...i am sure others can offer real advice than this chatty kathy chick!!

@sert4321 everybody will say stop watching porno what u need to know is how to stop watching it. 1st u should be willing 2 stop and know that it'll take work.. whenever a thought of porn comes 2 mind keep urmind occupied with something that requires ur attention puzzels math equations etc, next everytime u want/need 2 watch porno, make urself wait drop 2 the floor n do 20 push ups, if u can only do 10 it's fine but do 10 sit ups right after, rest 2 minutes then do it again for 10 to 12 min.
