It's asinine to want to prove the non existence of anything. The right way to tackle this is to only respond to the claim(s) of the believer. To say "I believe in god" is not even a claim, it's a fact when it's true or a lie when it's not. If the claim is: "God exists", you are in fact stating: "To me, god exists". Which, again, is either fact or a lie. That is not what should be debated.

With god it is impossible to gain one piece of evidence, not a single one. For no god we can find numerou slackings, inconsistencies, and other reasons as to why someone would believe in a false ideology. Being stumped is a sign of intellect, thought, brain working a process. Sadly, there can be none of that in the brain of a believer.
But seriously, sometimes I wonder how these believers justify everything to themselves, their brain must be beyond repair in some cases as they've built it so wrong..

@namnack I can show you tons of evidence pointing away from god, each and every piece evre found points against any organized religious god to be more exact, but I don't know why you would ask me to do osmething impossible? I can't even know if osmeone raped me on the bus spiritually or even physically, but god is so apparently a figment of human imagination, an antropomorphic dream to help some not ask or answer questions which trouble them. @na Stop making stuff up. For the lack of a god there are a lot of evidence. I cant travel to all the universe and see if there is a god or not. That's absurd. Denouncing the christian god however is quite easy for anyone who will take their head out of their ass. Also, the islamic god is easy to disprove, he doesnt exist, because things in his perfect book are false with logical fallacies. Deism is margianlly possible, but not plausable at all. Antropomorphism however is more than plausable.

@namnack Oh dear. Logic? Dear friend, don't you know it is logic which states there is little possibility for gods? Evidence pointing against Noahs ark are all logical evidence, I don't know how you could have twisted the word logic into something quite the opposite as what it is. Perhaps you are speaking of rationalizing? It's an abandoned philosophy, only good as a tool to imagine, but unfortunately has no weight as evidence. And stop crying, it is quite degrading to see a person whine.

@Kan2209 I really have trouble believing you are for real. If you don't even know that you cannot use logic to prove a negative, which is LOGIC 101, then you are either an incredibly daft person or someone so full of himself that he can't be bothered with what is actually true, or both.

@Kan2209 Besides attacking minor grammatical errors the dishonesty of a strawman is a basis for argumentation I see it from both sides, but mostly from those with a weaker argument or debate skill.
Calling his first post a strawman would be a compliment, I really don't think it was close enough to original subject to be called a strawman. Its almost as if he was replying to another post you had deleted or somehting(Oh no transposed letters in a word)

Sometimes, people think way to much and forget about the fundamentals. All we really need to know and accept is that god isn't real. Its not a matter of faith or any kind of metaphysical argument. For the better part of living life, the fact that god is not real is 99.9999999999% true and hence should be regarded as a fact. There is no debate other than people's own philosophical masturbation.

It's asinine to want to prove the non existence of anything. The right way to tackle this is to only respond to the claim(s) of the believer. To say "I believe in god" is not even a claim, it's a fact when it's true or a lie when it's not. If the claim is: "God exists", you are in fact stating: "To me, god exists". Which, again, is either fact or a lie. That is not what should be debated.

@emnity33 This isn't a game where you can make stuff up unfortunately. To say it's 99.99% trrue you'd also have to show the evidence of the 99.99 out of a 100%. With god it is impossible to gain one piece of evidence, not a single one. For no god we can find numerou slackings, inconsistencies, and other reasons as to why someone would believe in a false ideology. And in the end I don't really know if it creates 99% of it, but every piece of info is found, it always points away from god.
