It hurts that some people think it is funny to see parkinsons patients shake but I say have parkinsons for a day and see how funny it really is. I see Micheal shake I keep a straight face its not funny at all. Micheal has encouraged me that I can do anything in life even if illnesses or other things try to stop me. I used to provide Home Care for someone with Parkinsons. They had eye glasses with the string that let them hang around the neck. With the shaking during eating...the glasses would get awefully dirty. I asked one day..."How DO you see through these things?"....the client calmly replied..."With constant optimism".....
