I luv these convo's... so entertaining... Evo is a great car and i have no doubt faster round a track (both stock) but also costs an arm and a leg to do up, where as that 5 cylinder engine can be boosted to bout 650 700 with no change to the head (valve springs only) for about 7k making it cheaper than ur jap ass. also even an evo cant compete with the audi's 0-60 (look at the rally 5 cyl 550bhp and 0-60 in 2.3 secs) but audi's are mad front heavy and old ones understeer like mad. 2 each his own
