OMG ima a cheerleader and i always use velcros,but my coach wants me to use sponge(long,plastic tubes with sponge around them..)some call them flex rollers but i have no idea how help!!!!!!

These rollers are called "Caruso" rollers. You can get them at beauty supply stores for around $60, the extra rollers run you around 1-2 ea. I've had great success with this system and I've used if for over 15 years. It doesn't damage the hair because it uses steam, heats in 3 seconds and holds curl longer than anything else I've tried.
