Humans fight, humans enjoy seeing fights. If you don't think so, try typing in, "Fights" in the youtube search bar and look at all the results of vids that people have made. In the animal kingdom, when two males want a female, what do they do? FIGHT. Its normal. Bullfighting is a great tradition that is centuries old.
Uncultured? I lived in Spain for many years and saw a bullfight, and what it's really like. Of course two male animals fighting each other over a female is normal, but we're not talking about two male animals, we're talking about an animal and a human fighting each for nothing. I understand that bullfighting is an important tradition to the people of Spain, but that doesn't make it right.
Right, however, I have lived in Spain for years as well. There's always a select few that see bullfighting as "wrong", however, for each one of those people, there are 3-4 that think it should stay. I'm not saying its wrong or right, just it's not going to change so. Having seen a bullfight yourself, you must know that the bull has a chance to live. That's what makes this sport a mainstay. They keep the largest and strongest ones and breed them selectively for the corridas.
