  • omg what for high waves lol

  • j'aime beaucoup la musique qui accompagne la video s'est quoi?

  • very cool :-)

  • I really liked the self entry, have tried it myself but without sucess.... keep up the good work

  • "Surf" is a bit of a misnomer, most of the waves are ankle to knee high.

  • Both boats look like P&H Capellas. His paddle looks like a Werner Shuna. Gel coat is cheap.

  • It go's through me watching you run a 'glass boat up on the rocks like that! Dont ask to borrow mine will yer- ha ha

  • That was a re-entry and roll. I dont think you could slide up the rear deck of a kayak in the conditions that put you in the water in the first place.

If your a solo regular then it's important to be self-sufficient and be able to re-enter and roll but in rough seas it's not always easy. Do practise cos it could save your life one day.

  • Like how he got back in the boat at 2:51. Gotta try that. Looked he took on more water than if he had slithered up back behind his cockpit but the rescuer could have held the empty boat a little tighter and kept it from rolling so much when the guy levered himself in.

  • get a surf ski !!!

  • Nice Video lads. Excellent technique, though a paddle leash wouldn't go astray.

  • might as well ask which paddles those are too..

    200 cm?

  • Nice.

    What kayaks are those??

  • Nice video Peter, I enjoyed it. Nice to see some rescues done in rougher water.

  • Super cool self-entry with a roll. Must try that :-) Great inspiration

  • Now this video gives me the joy in paddling I've been searching for - fun, safety, things I thought were impossible I've seen in this video - keep them coming and thanks for the great music!

  • A1 an entry of the kayak with a buddy I have not seen bfore. will try this wkend thanks.
