  • But When can I massage the butthole?

  • Looks like a perfect massage.

  • my back is messed up

  • hahaha "circular fisting"

  • I have this problem, but who do i see for this? A chiropracter or a phisical therapist?

  • @415sftonio a GOOD massage therapist.

  • @415sftonio a GOOD massage therapist.

  • @415sftonio I go to my chiropractor who's daughter is a masseuse so I get my treatments with her.

  • @415sftonio A licensed massage therapist. Like me :)

  • His subject Is dead.

Better yet, what if she let out a big, horrible wet fart right as he went up on her gluteus Maximus??!! And it smelled like rotten eggs and ammonia!!! Aaaaaugh! Fuck!!

  • she must be wet loooooool..

  • tha is his job that away that him is making money

  • omg I get this massage all the time!

  • Thank you for the video! A lot of my clients have sciatica and this will really help!

  • this is porn imtelling you porn

  • Sciatica Exercise Video Program here: watch?v=3Xt0kkr74xg

  • Thank you.

  • That guy's having fun!!

  • Tosay, almost everybody suffers from sciatic pain or periformis syndrome, which actually has to do with nerve pressure directly on the sciatic nerve or on the periformis muscle. One having to do with nerve pinching and the other with extremely tense muscles in the lumbar area.

  • the sad part is that the guy didnt even spend any time on the piriformis muscle......who cares..... that booty only needs spanky-time

  • Maybe you should watch the rest of the video.

  • The fact this guy is using his thumbs leads me to believe this is a bad educational video. a massage therapist thumbs wouldn't last more than half a year treating clients this way. If u are a therapist, don't do this.

  • I get leg spasms when I try to sleep at night that make my leg jump up and I'm wondering if piriformis syndrome is the problem. I can find these pressure spots myself when I massage the area.

  • thats a bodatious leg chunk.

  • That would make me scream with pain!

  • Dude, where r u located? I need a deep tissue all over body!

  • I'll give you one, if you want?

  • seriously man, whole body pains, it will be great relief anywhere he works on.

i have sciatica and herniated disc at L5/S1, Pain pain pain

  • damn that would hurt if he did that to me, does this massage hurt? mines real bad, I dont really know if I have sciatica or piriformis syndrome.

  • true sciatica is generally caused from damage to L4 and/or L5. Psuedo Sciatica (aka. piriformis syndrome), is caused from the spasm of the piriformis which compresses the sciatic nerves that run through the muscle. So if you have never had lumbar damage, you likely don't have true sciatica.

  • Jai of Bodyspex showed a piriformis loosening exercise using a foam roller.

I believe he should maybe have noted that the sciatic nerve runs through the piriformis muscle in some people.

It's not a good idea for those people to be basically rolling about on the muscle and nerve. However carefully.

It'd simply loosen the muscle whilst aggravating the sciatic nerve, and I don't believe the largest nerve in the body really needs to be aggravated. It gets kinda pissy. :-)

  • umm, that is one way, but there are better ways to deactivate piriformis muscle trigger points. Since piriformis is a lateral rotator of the leg, its best to put it in medial rotation to put it on a stretch and strip through the muscle. You also should mention in the video to be careful not to compress the sciatic nerve.

  • Is there a video that will demostrate what you explained. I am struggling to walk.

    Thanks

  • agreed, well put!

  • good thecnique!, clear explanation

  • looks like a great massage very effective

  • @usherzlady Yes, I highly recommend it. Although...if you really have piriformis syndrome, it hurts like heck. It will even hurt after the massage, but after the "manhandling of your butt soreness" goes away, you'll get some relief from this treatment. It will only last a couple of days though...maybe more if you really do your stretches well. I'm a dancer, so usually I'm hurting after the next class.

  • A solution for 300lb clients is Barefoot Compressive Deep Tissue. Save your hands for cross-fiber and small TrP's. See my channel for samples. My 98lb ex-girlfriend is a client also.

  • VERY few patients are hairless toned females.

  • I didn't realise how complex massaging a butt could be lol

  • I'm studying to be a massage therapist. Thanks for posting this will really help me when I get out there and start doing massages.

  • thats what you call a good ole fashion butt rub

  • GOOD!!

  • What is piriformis syndrome?

  • This syndrome occurs when the piriformis irritates the sciatic nerve, which comes into the gluteal region beneath the muscle, causing pain in the buttocks and referred pain along the sciatic nerve. This referred pain is known as "sciatica." 15% of the population has their sciatic nerve coursing through the piriformis muscle. This subgroup of the population is predisposed to developing sciatica.
