  • Your diet absolutely changed my life and I have learned so much more about how my body works. Low fodmap is fantastic and I hope it spreads internationally. You are doing a great job online. Thank you!

  • Alot of foods on the low fodmap I still can't have: I need a book for the strict fructose malabsorber. I need to know of a good folic acid supplement too. Keep up the good work Sue Shepherd. I wish you could do a segment on the TODAY show in America. We need to catch up with the science. People are suffering. Doing what I can in the STATES.

  • @fructmals Same here. I started very very strict but eventually I have been able to occasionally make exceptions without too much symptoms as long as I get back on track. I can even eat bananas again. I encourage you to make your own personal list of foods based on tracking your symptoms during 3 days of eating and basing it on the low fodmap diet. :)
