  • You sholdn't drag your back foot so much, because then you haven't so much stability in your upper body and control in your shot, though you'll need more strength in your racket leg in order to get back fast (If you do a very wide step, you make a tiny step back with your racket leg after the shot in order to get easier back). It's funny how almost every badminton player got a hole in the left shoe (right handed) because of that dragging xD
