@MaxBogus and how is that a bad thing? Who doesn't want to live in a Mies van der Rohe or Koenig house? And tree-hugging BS? Any design that saves energy ends up being cheaper for its residents, as does building with reused materials and prefab manufacturing. So, you save more for better quality living.. how is this so difficult for people to get?
